Logos
Morningstar
The Powered By Morningstar logo is reserved for situations where we’re the sole, essential provider in a third party’s product or service, and our role isn’t already clear.
Use Cases
The use of the Powered By Morningstar logo must always be included in a written agreement, and both the initial launch and any new placements require sign-off from the Brand Strategy team.
When to use
Within a product, to establish Morningstar’s role while the product or service is in use
In co-marketing materials, when promoting the product or service to the market
In end-user communications, when the third party is directly engaging their customers
When not to use
- If other third-party providers also play visible roles in delivering the product or service
- On any Morningstar-owned properties
- If the logo hasn’t been approved for your specific use case
For more information, please visit the Brand Architecture and Governance wiki. For access to the logo, email the Brand Strategy team.
