Virtual Backgrounds

Virtual backgrounds aren’t designed for media appearances. Please contact the Media Production team for guidance.

Download a background via the resource tiles below. Though the backgrounds can be used with any video conferencing software, they work best with and are sized for Zoom. If you experience display issues, check your Zoom settings or see their help center.

Certain legal entities shouldn’t use a family-branded background; contact Compliance for guidance.

Before a Meeting

1. Launch Zoom.
2. Click on the Settings icon.
3. Select Virtual Background.
4. Click Add Image.
5. Select a background.

In an Active Meeting

1. Click the small arrow next to Start/Stop Video.
2. Click the + icon.
3. Click Add Image.
4. Select a background.

For any technical issues in activating the virtual background, contact IT. For any background suggestions, submit a request to Creative Services.
