Launch an Adobe app that supports Creative Cloud Libraries.
Go to Window > Libraries to open a new panel.
Click on + in the Libraries panel.
Select Browse Shared Libraries to launch Creative Cloud.
In the Creative Cloud app, locate and click on Design Language Library.
Click Add to synch the library to the Adobe app.
In the Adobe app, click on Design Language Library in the Libraries panel.
Locate the Lockup group.
Drag and drop a lockup from the subgroup to the canvas.

From an open design file, open the Assets panel in the left sidebar.
Click to open the Library modal.
Make sure Design Language Library is activated and the toggle is on.
Click on Design Language Library to view the Lockup page.
Drag and drop a lockup from the Lockup page to the canvas.
