Morningstar Glide Path

The Morningstar Glide Path represents how a target-date fund adjusts its asset allocation over time to balance growth and risk. Early on, the fund is more heavily invested in stocks for higher growth potential. As the investor moves towards retirement, the fund gradually shifts toward bonds and cash to reduce risk. This approach offers investors a strategy that evolves alongside their financial needs.
